Some services are not covered under our contract with the NHS. A fee will be charged for these services. Examples include the following:

• Firearms Licensing
• Medicals 
• Insurance claim forms

The doctors do not complete forms to confirm fitness to undertake sports, charity events or voluntary work.

Please do not make an appointment to see a doctor about filling in a form unless advised to do so by the reception staff.
